Yes, if sketch shows total area and quotes accurate measurements (drawing need not be to scale). |

| A. | Yes, if required or if we think it is necessary. |
| Q. | Do you supply roof packages? |
| A. | Yes, including soffitt and barge boards, metal straps, etc |
| Q. | Can I open an account? |
| A. | Yes, if you are a bona fide business and supply two current trade references and a bank reference and full details of your business and address. |
| Q. | What are your credit terms? |
| A. | Usually 30 days after the month of delivery. |
| Q. | Can I get trade discount? |
| A. | We only quote trade prices. |
| Q. | Can you deliver within 5 days? |
| A. | Yes, but usually an overtime surcharge. Normal delivery lead time is a minimum of 3 weeks. |
| Q. | Where do you deliver to? |
| A. | We normally deliver within 100 miles and down to the M25 but ring us for an answer if you are outside this area. Our regular delivery area now extends to Milton Keynes, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. |
| Q. | Do you have a service for architects? |
| A. | We work closely with many architects and will check roof specifications and plans before submission to clients. |
| Q. | Do you erect roof frames? |
| A. | No, but we can usually recommend people who do. |
| Q. | Why shouldn’t I shop around for the cheapest quote? |
